    I live in Portland, Oregon and one of the things I love to do when I visit family in Northern Maine is to go shopping at Marden's. Marden's has brand named hardware, housewares, clothing, etc at greatly reduced prices.

    Staff is almost always happy and helpful and also just a great store to browse on a whim never know what they will have and the deals can be amazing.

    This is the best store ever because they have brand new things for a fraction of the cost. I bought so many new things from here and brought them back to New Jersey. One example I remember well was a video game, normally priced $60, was marked down to $35. I've bought many house hold items, such as tape, staples, yarn, furniture, etc. The quality is usually brand new or minor scrapes. If you're a tourist from New Jersey like me, your eyes will pop out at the marked down prices.
