  we are now being charged exorbitant amounts for damages that were already on the rental. We have tried to talk to them, but they are totally unreasonable. I will not deal with them again if I can possibly help it.

  York's of Houlton is by far the best automotive dealership I have ever dealt with...Period! My recent new truck purchase has reaffirmed that fact. Due to my past experiences with their excellent service, parts, rental and collision repair departments, I had no doubt I would have a great sales experience.   This place is absolutely amazing!!! They welcome walk ins. We walked in with a check engine light issue and a very dirty car; in half an hour after comsuming two bags of free popcorn and relaxing in a very comfortable waiting room, we were greeted by the smiling service technician who preformed a courtesy inspection and cleaned the corrosion off the gas cap. Presto! Problem solved! Our car was also washed and sparkling clean as a courtesy. My daughters loved the variety of chargers for their phones and anyone else's who needed them. We are beyond astonished and grateful. Very Highly Recommend!!

We are in the middle of a bad situation where we were not told important details of a deal that involves them keeping our vehicle for an extended time for recall work while we use a rental.
